VISIT PLATEAU LIVESTYLE If you are looking for a "Napa Valley" atmosphere, complete with gentlemen ranches, luxury estate homes, spectacular vineyards, oak studded meadows, seasonal streams, fresh air, ocean breezes, and big views, you need to visit The Santa Rosa Plateau. All properties are a 5-acre minimum and divided by several homeowner associations (HOAs) - La Cresta, La Cresta Highlands, Meadow Oaks, Santa Rosa West (10 acre minimum) and Community Service Districts (CSDs) Tenaja, Avocado Mesa, Redondo Mesa and De Luz.

For the equestrian, the area has an active riding and social club. The Plateau properties have interconnecting horse trails with fabulous trail riding in the Cleveland National Forest and surrounding wide open spaces. From the Buffalo Ranch, to show horses and miniatures, there is room for all types of equestrian interests. For others, the just relaxed lifestyle and beautiful natural beauty is second to none!

Every parcel is different – some with spectacular views, oaks, huge boulders, or rolling meadows and streams. There is something for everyone. Where ever you turn there are beautiful estate homes, fabulous ranches, vineyards, and view-type properties. Adding to the incredible beauty of the Plateau is the fact that the Nature Conservancy owns over 8,300 acres of these beautiful rolling hills which adds to a nature park-like atmosphere. The Plateau is on septic systems; there is city water and wells in some areas, paved roads, dirt roads and all other utilities are available.

The Santa Rosa Plateau Is located approximately 15 miles "as the crow flies" inland from San Juan Capistrano. Conveniently located only minutes from the I-15 Fwy, and is centrally located approximately 1 hour from Orange and San Diego County. Simply exit the 15 FWY at Clinton Keith Rd. and go west up to the Santa Rosa Plateau. Paradise begins . . . .

The Santa Rosa Plateau Riding Club sponsors many riding, social and trail fund raising events throughout the year.
